CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER PLAYGROUND RENOVATION - ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE

Stanley Design Group along with Mountain Movers Construction was awarded the design and construction of an accessible playground in accordance with the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4-740-14 located at the Ellsworth Air Force Base Child Development Center (CDC).

 

This is a design-build project for an accessible playground on a 30,400 square foot site at the existing 3 to 5 age group CDC playground. The accessible playground will accommodate 200 children. Design elements include: nature activity areas, accessible walkways, and landscaped areas. The project scope includes the design and construction of all work for the accessible playground, including environmental permitting, landscaping, site work, demolition, and the procurement, assembly, and installation of manufactured playground equipment.  The project is currently under design with construction beginning summer of 2015.
